Tamiflu is recommended for flu viruses. It also reduces the symptoms of flu such as cough, headache, fever, sore throat and so on. It can help prevent the disease if the patient has been exposed to someone who is having it.

You should take Tamiflu at least five days and you must not stop even if you feel better. If you are using the oral suspension, you must accurately measure your doses of the drug  

The proper dosage of Tamiflu is:

• 75 mg of the drug for adults (twice a day from 1 to 5 days)
• 30-75 mg of the drug for children (twice a day from 1 to 5 days).

Tamiflu Drug Reactions

You should inform your doctor if you are taking any other drugs besides Tamiflu. It normally reacts with other drugs that contain Probenecid among their ingredients.
